I feel like this year – half of the weddings I’ve blogged start with talking about knowing the bride or groom for __ number of years before photographing their wedding. I first met Meghan while I was in high school – she coached one of our dance teams in Winona : ) We’ve stayed in touched {thanks to Facebook} and I was so excited when she reached out about Dan and I photographing her Wisconsin Barn Wedding at her family’s farm!
We had a fun time with Meghan and Travis for their engagement session and I always love getting out of the area and especially getting on property that is extra special like a family farm 🙂
After some getting ready and their sweet ceremony – we headed back to the farm to do some bridal party pictures – we had some beautiful sunshine, fields, corn, a classic tractor and a great bridal party – how could it be any better? : )
They had a beautiful reception that was very heartfelt {and a Leinenkugel’s truck that various types of Leine’s beers, cider and freshmade rootbeer – YUM!} They closed the night with a band, dancing and of course – FIREWORKS. Love : )
