John and Renelle found us through their good friend and bridesmaid Alissa – so thank you Alissa for connecting us!
When we first ‘met’ John and Renelle were in Memphis, Tennessee – so we met them over the phone!
Just shortly before their wedding we got to actually meet up with them and learned that not only did 2010 bring their engagement, but also a move BACK {for Renelle} to Minnesota. Well, John moved here to – but it was moving home for Renelle and moving ‘colder’ for John!
We had a great time chatting with them over hot chocolate/coffee and hearing more about their great day : )
So, on December 31sst we headed out to Willmar for our New Years Eve wedding with Alli and Jake. With the weather being not so grand, we spent the night in Willmar an headed out to Glencoe in the morning. Surprisingly – it was great ride! {as in, we got there safe and didn’t end up in the ditch!}
We had some time to check out the reception hall – and it was so cool! You wouldn’t have guessed it was in a remodeled high school!!
The day got off without a hitch! Everyone arrived safely, the sun was shining and even though it was cold, we got some great pictures in and out doors : )
They had a great ceremony followed by a fun-filled reception : )Â For their first dance, John surprised Renelle with a live performance : )Â It was so sweet!
They had great speeches followed by an amazing dance! Oh my….. they sure can move! Don’t miss out on the amazing jump picture!
