Kristy is the sister of one of our grooms from last year {Tracy and Anna} so it was a lot of fun for us to see some familiar faces. We met just a few weeks before their wedding for engagement pictures – it was so neat to hear their stories, how they met each other and just how perfect they are for each other!
Tim and Kristy were married at Northwestern College in Roseville which, as wedding photographers, is one of our favorite places, there are just so many great places to take photos no matter what the weather! Luckily we had a beautiful day and were able to take pictures in all of our favorite spots around campus – even by their painted rock!! We’re even there so often that we’ve made friends with one of the student wedding coordinators – who I am really going to miss next summer!! {She’s graduating!} We’ve also come to really appreciate the girl who does sound too : ) We just love Northwestern College!
Kristy and Tim were absolutely great to take photos of as well was their family and bridal parties – even though it was rather windy! They all managed really well!! It was fun to see the babies/little kiddos on Kristy’s side 1+ year after Tracy and Anna’s wedding – plus a new little addition!
Little did we know, there is a great reception hall just less than a mile form NWC – which is called Rose Vine Hall – a great place! Tim and Kristy had a fabulous dessert reception there after their evening wedding with some great speeches and dances : )
