Joe and Elaine are such a wonderful pair : ) We had a wonderful time with them last fall taking their engagement pictures. The night before their engagement shoot Dan and I watched the DaVinci Code. So we had a wonderful time chatting with Joe and Elaine about it!!! Plus hearing about the Angels and Demons…. which we still haven’t seen!

Anyways – we had a wonderful time as well on their wedding day. Although it was rather sunny during picture time – we still had a great time taking pictures!

It was really fun to hear about the family history they have of marriages at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. It is a beautiful sanctuary – with lots of classic features. The wonderful stain glass, nice, long aisle, stone, organ – everything!

Following their beautiful ceremony they had a very nice reception in the church basement! It was wonderfully decorated – and I loved their parting gift! They had these adorable petite jars filled with honey from their parent’s bee hives! They, on one side, said “Joe and Elaine August 14th, 2010′ and on the other side ‘This is the start of something sweet’ How wonderful!

After the dinner, the speeches, toasts and cake, {and a really fun time in the photobooth!} Joe an Elaine had a great grand exit to their awesome car {which Joe re-built!} and headed off for the evening!

Thanks Joe and Elaine – we had a wonderful time with your amazing family!!
