Where do I begin?? From the moment I met Betsy – I knew that their journey from their engagement session and their wedding would be amazing : )
She is only the second bride {the first being one of my BEST friends since kindergarten!} to ask us for our availability for June-Oct this year and find a date that worked out for both of us : ) It was just the sweetest series of emails.
Betsy has been a ‘fan’ of us for awhile and just was so excited to work with us – I after meeting the two of them – the feelings were 1,000% mutual : ) It was SUCH an honor to be part of their wedding events up in International Falls, MN – It was a first for us to both go up there – but I am pretty sure a piece of my heart will always belong to I.Falls now : ) The people, the views, the relaxed feel – everything {minus the horse flies} were amazing.
We drove up Friday am and spent the evening/night with the group at the rehearsal and groom’s dinner. I LOVE being able to do this because it is so much fun to get to know everyone more – especially THIS family. Betsy comes from a family of four STUNNINGLY beautiful girls all with such fabulous personailities – I wish I could join that family! They are just a hoot!
Then on Saturday they had a morning ceremony with a lunch to follow. We took a bit of a break and waited until evening for the pictures of the two of them – which was WELL worth the wait – especially once the storm passed and we got the amazing sky!
Anyways – I could go on for daaays about our weekend with them – but here’s the the great pictures to remember it by!
