Jenny and Joe were the last fall engagement session of 2009! If you keep up with our blog, you’ll notice that we spent a lot of time at Minnehaha Falls doing family and engagement portraits… and it was great.
Engagement pictures are supposed to be fun, relaxed… and so forgetting your engagement ring at home and then getting lost on the way to the photo shoot isn’t necessarily putting the best foot forward ; ) but Jenny and Joe did a great job of being fun and natural and their photos turned out great.
Although many of the fall colors were gone, we were able make a picture that isn’t usually possible. Normally there are leafy trees hiding the view of the bridge over the falls, but now there was just a big enough window to snap a photo of them sitting on top of the bridge.
Another fun thing was that there was an albino squirrel running around gathering acorns. You can see him on the left side of the photo with the two of them walking under the trees.
We’re looking forward to their wedding next summer!
