This was a wedding that Karin and I shot last summer. Since we’re finally ready to launch our videography service I wanted to post this.

Tim and Malyn were married a nice hot day in August, and some of you might know, but Northwestern College doesn’t have an air conditioned chapel. It wasn’t as hot as it was outside, but I’d guess it was over 80 which is pretty toasty when you’re wearing a suit or a wedding dress. They had a pretty traditional ceremony that lasted for well over an hour. Fortunately they didn’t have to say much, and got to kneel for awhile. Everyone made it through the heat, and Karin and I had a great stepping back from our typical photographer role and focusing solely on video. There are fun and challenging aspects of both, and we’re excited to work more with video this summer. All these clips, and the video we’ll shoot this summer will be on a combination of Canon 5dmkii and Canon 7d’s. The music in the video is by Matt Hires

Thanks and Enjoy,
