Many of you that know us – know {or know OF} Chris and Karen. Dan and Chris were suite-mates freshman year at the University of Minnesota and met Karen shortly after {sophomore year?!} Chris and Karen have always been good friends, but didn’t start dating until early 2009. Since they had already known each other for 5ish years – they knew pretty early on they wanted to be married : )
So in March of this year, they got married – FINALLY!! We all kind of knew, in someway that it would happen – and it is so perfect that it did : )
We did their engagement pictures last fall so we only found it fitting to do some fun bridal pictures this fall! So we headed out to Fort Snelling State Park and took some pictures on Picnic Island : ) Lots of fun!
I love taking photos this time of day; so often on wedding days schedules don’t work out to do pictures that last hour before sunset. It’s always special when location, weather and lighting all come together for some great photos!
