Jayme and Davida’s Golden Valley Country Club Wedding

When we first met Jayme and Davida for our initial client meeting, we left saying to each other – “We want to work with them – they’re great!!”  Apparently, Jayme and Davida said the same thing! {She later told me in an email – I am not just guessing!}  ; )

So – they asked us to be there wedding photographers!  We knew their engagement session would be fun – we met our on Lake Minnetonka, took some pictures on a dock and in the grass and then we went to Lick’s Ice Cream for some pictures too : ) We ended with them going in the river – which was a feat because it was COLD! {even though it was MAY!}

We had a ton of fun with Jayme and Davida… We always have a great time, but they were an especially goofy group individuals.  They had a wonderful ceremony, and we were able to take some great photos Golden Valley Golf Club. {As a side note, it’s a beautiful location, but they were quite restrictive about where you could take pictures around the grounds…. } but as you can tell the party really got started after the ceremony.

We also did photobooth printing at their reception – which was a blast!! They even requested us to take a picture and put it in the guestbook that we put together : )

I also thought it was neat how they did their first dance right away when they walked in – it was special!  They had wonderful food, beautiful speeches and a fabulous group of people : ) In regards to their speeches – my favorite quote of the night was from when Jayme was speaking to Davida and said:

“When you smile, that’s all I need”
