We had such a fun time being Jayme and Davida’s engagement {and in September their wedding photographers} at Lake Minnetonka. We always enjoy it when couples want to take pictures at locations we don’t typically go. It creates for us the opportunity to use the skills we have in a new way and to be able to expand our creativity as well! It was also fun for me {Karin} to go down there because I used to work on Paradise Charter Cruises in Minneapolis, but they also have boats right near where we were! This area is very important for Jayme & Davida because they spend much of their spare time during the summers on Lake Minnetonka.
Even though the weather was a bit chilly that day, Jayme and Davida were great troopers!
One fun thing about being engagement and wedding photographers is doing stuff like going into downtown Excelsior with Jayme and Davida and taking some of their pictures at Lick’s – a cute, fun little ice cream shop : )
