This fall, we were quite busy doing what we could to use the fall colors and nice weather when they were around. There aren’t many other places we’d rather be on a beautiful day than out taking pictures and getting acquainted with our wedding couples.
Elaine and Joe are getting married in August… These are some of our photos from engagement shoot.
These ones are Julie and Pat. Minnehaha Falls was quite busy by the afternoon time, but it was nice and warm. They did a very nice job of being relaxed and natural. For many folks, engagement shots are the first time they’ve done any kind of photo shoot since their senior pictures, and we all know how those can be. I believe it’s good practice for the wedding day to have people around. It’s important to be able to tune everything out and just smile.

For Brenton and Stacy, we wanted to try something different and unique. You might recognize them from a while back – they really loved their engagement pictures, so they wanted to do some more shots with a new kind of feel and approach. We went to downtown Minneapolis to take these, and I think they really turned out great. We had a lot of fun creating them too.
