More Fall Engagement Photography in Minneapolis

We were busy this fall doing our best to work with the fall colors and weather when we had it. Hardly anything we’d rather be doing on a nice day than out shooting photos and getting to know our wedding couples for next year!

These first photos are from Joe and Elaine; they are getting married next August.

These photos are of Pat and Julie. By early afternoon it was nice and warm and Minnehaha Falls was quite busy. They did a great job being natural and relaxed. For a lot of people engagement photos are the first photo shoot they’ve done since Senior Portraits… (we all know how those can go) and so sometimes I think its good practice to have there be random people around… Wedding days are usually filled with gawkers, paparazzi and nagging/ helpful friends and family. With all that going on it’s good to be able to tune it all out and just SMILE.

You may recognize Stacy and Brenton from a couple posts ago. They loved their outdoor engagement photos, and wanted to try something else unique. We spent some time around dusk downtown Minneapolis getting some photographs with a different feel. I think they turned out great, and were a lot of fun to do.
