If you’re like me – you’re highly annoyed by the fact that Facebook shows “ratings” on your business page – especially those 1 star reviews that you just can’t see, are hiding and you can’t provide feedback or even see why someone left you a 1 start review.
I searched through Facebook’s FAQ’s, Page Basic Info, Page Permissions, you name it. Then buried in the locations – I found it 🙂
First – you click on the Edit Page down arrow – and select Update Page Info
Once you’re there – select on the Address bar and DESELECT the box that says: “Show this map on your Page” then click Save
And VOILA! You did it – reviews are gone {as well as the map – but heck! Your address still shows!}
