You may remember Derek and Emily from earlier posts of their wedding photography and engagement photos. We were the photographers for their December 2010 wedding, but also had the opportunity to shoot some video clips throughout the day. With photography as our primary focus this was our trial run at combining photography with video in a real world wedding day scenario. One of the nice things about the cameras that we use is that not only do they take wonderful photos, but they also shoot 1080p HD video, not a bad combination. Although it was possible to do video + photography with our team of two, we’re in the process of finding an additional team member who will help with additional video coverage. It was a lot of fun for us to surprise Derek and Emily with some video clips of their day, and we’re planning on adding video options to our wedding photography packages in the near future.
