From getting ready in the morning through the dances we’re keeping an eye out for capturing fun moments and helping, when possible, to help make that happen. By the time we arrive at the wedding we know the type of photos that are important to you, and you’ll feel more comfortable with us. Our clients and friends often ask us what our favorite part is about wedding photography. Dan loves the opportunity to be creative and capture unique photos that couples will love to hang on their walls and show off to their friends and family. He loves watching for that perfect opportunity to capture big laughs, tears or your friends doing something funny. One of the best parts of providing wedding photography in MN is the variety of seasons and venues. Dan loves capturing the big picture of a couple outdoors or enjoying their venue. For him there is something really special about getting all those elements to come together for that perfect photograph. Capturing two people in love combined with an awesome backdrop and lighting is as good as it gets.

Engagement Photos

Almost everyone getting married has a wedding photographer. Why should you care about getting engagement photos taken? The obvious reasons are to have nice photos for invitations, save the dates or decorations. However, just as important a reason is to help prepare yourself for the wedding day. Our couples typically spend more than $4500 on their wedding packages, and want awesome photos of themselves during the wedding day. If you’re investing that much money you want to make sure that you get the best possible photos you can. Engagement sessions are a great opportunity to get rid of your nervousness around the camera, and for us as photographers to get to know you a bit better. We include engagement sessions in almost all our wedding packages for that very reason. We do also offer stand alone engagement sessions, and we always give couples the option of putting any payments made for an engagement session towards a wedding package.
